Technology is constantly changing. We are looking for a Business Analyst who would communicate and act as a liaison between the employees and the clients to create a smooth flow in the organization. The deliverables depend and changes according to the needs of the organization. Sometimes it many include assessing and validating the key activities in the organization using tools and methods to match the corporate goals.

As a business analyst, you will need to:

  • communicate with internal colleagues to understand the needs of departments and the organisation as a whole
  • work with external stakeholders to understand and investigate feedback into the service/function/product provided
  • use data modelling practices to analyse your findings and create suggestions for strategic and operational improvements and changes
  • consider the opportunities and potential risks attached to the suggestions you have made
  • identify the processes and information technology required to introduce your recommendations
  • gain agreement, usually from senior management, of the best method of introducing your recommendations to the business
  • communicate the benefits of your recommendations across departments and help to address any uncertainty and concern
  • produce written documentation to support your work, report on your findings and to present to stakeholders when necessary
  • support the staff and teams in making the recommended changes, including helping to resolve any issues
  • ensure plans are made and processes are created to evaluate the impact of the changes made, including taking responsibility for overseeing and reporting on this evaluation.

Automation Tester

We are looking for a Test Automation Developer who can design and write programs that run automatic tests on new and existing software. Since this is an essential part of the development cycle, standardized guidelines should be followed to build these programs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Update existing tests in the automation test suite (using QTP).
  • Write test planning documentation from requirements specifications.
  • Review all testing documents and other test-related documentation. Assist in implementation of the overall testing strategy.
  • Ensure that quality standards are adhered to during the development of products.
  • Add new tests and expand the automation test suite.
  • Collect and create test data for functional and non-functional testing.
  • Run functional and non-functional tests.
  • Write requirements and create scenarios for performance testing.
  • Liaise with developers during the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Provide estimates for test activities.

What we are looking for:

  • Good development/scripting skills in common languages like VB, JAVA, PERL, C++, etc
  • Database skills, mainly in Oracle and SQL Server
  • Good experience with different Operating Systems, with emphasis on Unix variants
  • Good understanding of object oriented programming, J2EE architecture, .NET, etc
